I ran into a little mess today and noticed my forge downloads icons were out of sync with the current versions of projects.

Clicking on the Forge Project downloads the current version, however clicking on the download icon may download an unexpected old version.

Does this list need to be updated manually or should this be fixed to display and download the most recent version automatically?

The page you are referencing is an old page that is going to be replaced/removed (because we added the extension feed gallery in the product). We have also added the Forge (as you saw) since that page was originally created, which is where the proper version is maintained.
