When I click on My Projects in the forge, it says I don't belong to any. Prior to the recent upgrade I had six. If I go and find the projects by hand, I am still shown as a team members.

Looks like something isn't well in the forge :-(

You (and everyone else) should be all set. There was a breaking change in WebForms MVP modules around UserID (last minute catch). I have fixed the problem here (and in My Favorites) so things should be back to normal.
