I am trying to use 2 instances of the user directory, they are installed on different pages The one works fine but the second one produces the following error:
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values. ---> System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlNullValueException: Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlBuffer.get_String() at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlDataReader.GetString(Int32 i) at effority.UserDirectory.Controller.GetUserProfileDic(List`1 ProfileDefinitions, Int32 PortalId) at effority.UserDirectory.View.GetUserTable(Boolean FromCache) at effority.UserDirectory.View.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

DotNetNuke Community Edition

05.05.01 (22)

I looked in DB but there are no tables for effority.
Anyone have an idea as to how to avoid this or if there is another module that will do this?
Thanks

Are the settings the same for both modules? Are they displaying users from the same roles? Are you using gridmode or template mode for display? Try turning off display of some of the text-fields like e-mail, telephone and see if you can find the field with null value. You might want to consider setting the fields you wish to display to required in the profile properties tab for users to avoid this error.
