Hi,

I am using linq to sql for connecting to an external datasource in a dnn module.I got an error something like this:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object and this is caused from this line :

DBDataContext db = new DBDataContext();
when i write the whole connection string in the new DBDataContext("The whole connstring with username password etc."); i can
connect to database but i want to connect from web.config, what should i do ?

Regards
