The feedback labels such as Email, Name, and Message do not appear when I am not logged in is the administrator.  I have the page security for viewing set to the appropriate login(s) but the text for these labels just does not appear.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Daniel - are you by any chance running a different language version of DNN? The resource files for Feedback module are in English and if that's not your default language then you might run into this issue (not 100% positive)...

Correction, they appear when logged in as host, but not for Unauthenticated users.  This role is checked as viewable.
