I am having an issue with the Feedback module.  I was installed with dotnetnuke about a year ago from my webhost.  When i was testing i had used the feedback module and applied some test1 feedbacks to the module.  I deleted the module for a couple months and now i put it back.  The feedback is still there but now I cannot delete it, move it to archive or anything.  I can add feedback but delete but other commands do not.  I believe my webhost is on 4.9.2 for dotnetnuke but not sure what version of feedback module.  Any help on how i can remove this feedback.  FYI...i am the web administrator not the web host.  I have asked the web host but he is not sure what to do.
