Hi,
thanks for the reply.I run a DNN 5,5.1 site upgraded from 4.9.4, but i have "clean" all web.config based on a clean 5.5.1 install.
I don't use any redirector.

Thanks Jan,
It solve my problem.My dnn portal log were flooded with mentioned error [although captcha works fine]
Now it's seems to work correctly after your change

I've same problem in two different DNN 7.4.2 installations.
I can find a lot of ImageChallenge.captcha.aspx exception with message "Input string was not in a correct format"
However It is not caused by feedback module because I've no installed it and the exceptions absolute url are referred to more different modules.
Any idea to fix this!??
