hello, iam using feedback module 5.00.2. and i don't want sending email feature
how can i disable send email feature. my module is requested to only add the feedback without replying.
is that available with feedback module to be disable.

There is a problem with the configuration of your SMTP Server. Mail was not sent

The module is currently designed to always send an email. If no email address is entered in the Sent To box it wil send to the portal administrator. You should check that this is configured as a valid email address to see if that will resolve your issue.

Also some ISPs will only allow emails 'from' the domain of the website, so your mail may be getting bounced because it is coming from teh domain of the user adding the feedback. This can be overcome by adding an email address into teh Send From box.
