After upgrading to DNN 6.1.5, the older version (4.x.x) of Feedback module still looked OK, but had info/help icons on top of the text labels.

We upgraded the Feedback module to latest vesrion 6.1.0 and it BLEW UP the formatting and all label text sizes are HUGE now.

How can this be fixed?  It looks toitally RIDICULOUS --> http://www.selfnet.com/en-us/ordernow...

Hello,

Is it safe to assume that you fixed this by adding the class:

to your skin.css file?

Looks good to me.

Yes and no...  the code was:

.FeedbackForm {
font-size: 11px;
font-family: verdana;
}
.FeedbackForm .dnnFormItem LABEL {
width: 140px;
}
.Feedback_Field .dnnFormItem {
padding-left: 0px;
}

However, the SUBJECT field still disappears in IE9 for no reason...
