Hi Folks--

I was just informed by a colleague that my DNN 4.3 site's Feedback form was producing an error (module ver 03.02.01). Sure enough, I checked it out and it is continually failing upon send, whether or not I'm logged in.

This is a stumper because I never recall having it happen before, and I don't know for how long this has been impairing my site's visitors.

Can anyone decipher this error dialog (provided when I'm user: Host) and point me in the right direction? N.B.: Reinstalling the module from scratch makes no difference. Thank you! -JPW

In "Feedback_Categories" list item, you must write integer (not text) values into the "Value" field. Then in module settings, select the category and update.
