I recently moved a portal to a new host, and also did a new install of another portal on the same server.   In both cases, User On Line is not working (always shows 0 users).  It was working before the move, and I am sure that the settings are correct for Host and also in the Scheduler.

The portal that was moved was one that I had been using for a few years (DNN 2.1.2)  http://TMMworld.com.   For this portal, I copied over all the application files, did a database backup and restore, adjusted the webconfig for the new database connection, and all worked fine, except it shows 0 users on line.

The fresh installed portal is with the latest released version of DNN3, and I am sure the settings are correct now (host and scheduler).  http://tmmworld.net   But no luck with showing Users On Line.

Since Users On Line is not working with either portal, I am at a loss what the problem could be.   I do not remember anything specific in settings on Windows Server 2003 for this.  I have tried an application restart, and even a complete server reboot, but still nothing.   My new host is FullControl.net, on a dedicated server, so I have complete control of the machine & IIS.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,
TMM
