I had use the "News Feeds (RSS)" module,
create this module name is called "7-day Weather Forecastand"
and then, input "http://rss.weather.gov.hk/rss/SeveralDaysWeatherForecast_big5.xml" in this RSS

but to display this error:

Feed 'http://rss.weather.gov.hk/rss/SeveralDaysWeatherForecast_big5.xml' could not be loaded.
Error: The 'author' element is invalid -
The value 'Hong Kong Observatory' is invalid according to its datatype 'tEmailAddress' - The Pattern constraint failed.

What's the problem?
Can you help me to solve this problem??

your feed does not meet the RSS specification. next version (currrently being tested) will be less strict on formats, please update, when available, and retry.

I think even with the new version of the News module, this will not give you the presentation you expect or find useful.  A better option is to use the current XML/XSL module for this feed.  Due to it's special content, you will need to develop a custom xsl transformation for it to optimize your presentation of its' content.

I tested your weather link against the new beta news module, and it will display correctly as much as I can tell.  Your module may work with the existing xsl's available with the News module, though.  Also, I have many examples available in these posts that should help you.  Other resources are available to help, just google on 'DNN News XSL", should give you a start.
