All of a sudden last week, we started getting the 'dnn rss could not be loaded. Error: Download error' - a typical example being:

'http://216.138.95.87/News/tabid/71/rssid/6/Default.aspx' could not be loaded. Error: Download error'.

I've searched and searched and have not found any solution that resolves this issue for us.  I can take the feel url and paste it into a browser window for each of the 4 feeds and each shows up just fine.

Now, we did change firewalls and security certs around the time the feeds stopped working.  I think it has something to do with the firewall settings but only because the feeds were working prior fine to the firewall switch.  However, the network administrator is adamant that the firewall is correct and since port 80 is open, that this is a web issue.  I've looked through all the settings I can find and can't see where or if there is a port setting for the news module - so I assume its set on 80.  Beyond that, Is there a particular service or alternate port that we should check to see if it resolves the issue?  We're running an older version of DNN (5.02) with v. 4.01 of the news module.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
