Is there any way to configure the Repository module to enable searching on a record's attributes? At this moment I can only search for Author’s name, email address, File Title or description (as described in the module's documentation)

Currently you cannot 'search' attributes, you can add a dropdownlist of available attributes to the Repository 'header' section and allow your visitors to 'filter' the listing by selected attribute values. See the attribute walkthrough which is a pinned post in this forum for details on how to do that
