Can you log in using the 'host' account? If so, check the Repository Module settings and verify that the physcial path is correct for the Repository files.  Are you using 3.01.08? Is this an upgrade from a previous Repository installation, such as 3.01.06?  Are you storing files in User Folders?

Yes I have logged in as 'host' and double checked that the directory exists along with the actual files.  This was an upgrade from a previous version.  Also the checkbox for storing the files in the users folders is checked and the files are actually stored there.

This was working fine until we upgraded.

please run a sql query via the Host->SQL page.

SELECT * from grmRepositoryObjects

check the CreatedByUser column .. do you see usernames? or userids ?

Originally the module stored usernames, but the core standards are to store userids (since a username can change). The upgrade should automatically rename your folders but if that failed your db and folder structure might be out of sync.

The user folders should be named with 'userids' ( ie: numeric ). And numeric userid's should be stored in the database. Check a couple of files to make sure the folder names on the disk match the CreatedByUser column in the sql results. If they don't match you'll have to manually sync them up

If you have msn messenger and want to hook up to get your issues resolved as quickly as possible, send me an email at steve.fabian@dotnetnuke.com with your messenger ID. We can work on this more efficiently via IM than email or forum posts.

Nope, there's no reason to hookup.  There's no reason because you've done excellently at describing the possible issues.

I checked the 'grmRepositoryObjects' table.  The user IDs there where numbers.  However the folders in the 'Respository' directory were usernames.  So basically I copied the directory from the username to the user id and this now works.

You've been more than helpfull.  You've been essential.

Thank you!
