I've a problem with repository downloads. Download seems to work as intended but binary content does not download correctly. I've checked downloaded files sizes and they are not same as the original. I've tested zip and .wav files so far using IE and Firefox.

Can somebody point me to right direction?

make sure that if you're using compression that the binary files are excluded

Thank you for your answer! I tried to check and reset Windows Server 2003 compression settings but it didn't help much. After that I installed Hans-Peter Schelian DNNPortal-Download module which also has upload/download cabability and it works with all file types. Can it be something in this Repository module which causes the problem? Btw. Upload side seems to work (I've checked results on server),  the problem seems to be in download side. Any further suggestions?

Check the DNN Compression settings. I believe it's on the Host->Portal Settings page. Look through this forum, there was a couple of detailed discussions regarding compression settings, especially WhiteSpace Compression and how to fix it.

That was a good advice. The problem was exactly the same as Sotiris Philippidis had, IIS 6 and "Compress application files" which was enabled. Thank you both!
