I need to have the links to the images uploaded in my repository module. I uploaded for example 2.jpg ... the file was stored in my repository folder. In order to avoid conflicts due to equally named files the repository module added a unique key to my file name: 2.9cea918a-aeaa-46a9-bb67-3bf1f9ebc26f.jpg

Now I'm using the [IMAGEURL] Token and I'm expecting to get a path like "[...]/repository/2.9cea918a-aeaa-46a9-bb67-3bf1f9ebc26f.jpg"

But the output is: "[...]/repository/2.jpg".

This is useless for me because it is a link to a non-existing file. There ist no 2.jpg in my repository folder. The [FILEURL] Token shows the same behaviour.

This is a bug, isn't it? is there a solution?

I took a look at the source code and both IMAGEURL and FILEURL definately do not strip out the Guid that is injected into the filename.  I am not sure why you are seeing the behavior you are. What version of the Repository module are you running? If you are running an older version, then it may have been a bug in that version, but it's definately working as expected in the latest version.

I have the same versions and the same issue.  If I upload a file with any of the 'nifty' skins, the link does not work because the FILEURL returned is the un-mangled name, but the physical file is mangled.

Im having the same issue with the default skin modified to include a [FILEURL]  on DNN 04.09.03 and 03.01.15 of the repository
