Hello, so I am having an issue with actually opening files.  They upload fine and are in the directory they should be, but they won't open from the repository.  For images, it prompts me if i want to open it, but then gives me a blank image.  For documents, it prompts me if I want to open the correct name of the file and when I say yes, for every file type gives me something similar to:

"The file type you are trying to open is in a different format than specified by the file extension.  Verify that the file is not corrupted..."  If I go on the server the files are there and I can open them just fine.

I am running Repository 03.01.15 on DNN 04.09.01.  Can anyone please help?  Thank you.

it is most likely a 'compression' issue. Look throughout the posts in the Repository forum and you will see others having a similar issue as well as the solution
