After moving my site to another web server, I found it appropriate to relocate the dnn files from c:\inetpub\wwwroot\dnn to c:\inetpub\dnn. All permissions on the new folder have been set as required and the dnn installation seems to have handled the relocation very well.

That is, with the exception of a repository module that notifies me that a critical error has occurred because "Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\dnn\Portals\1\Repository' is denied."

I hyave tried copying the contents of this folder in the path location where the repository wants to have access to. I have set the permissions as for the dnn folder. I still keep having the error.

I have searched through database tables, the filesystem (desktopmodules\repository), web.config, all without finding the culprit.

Any suggestions?

you must be logged into your site using the HOST account. Then go to the Repository module settings page.  At the bottom you will see 3 settings for specifying the location of the repository files.  You can enter the correct location, or simply blank out the fields and click Update and the module will 'figure it out'.
