Hello
this is the first time I have tried to use this module. I think it is the best for the project at hand.

Where I work we have directory of over 2400 Calibration Charts that were scanned as tif files .
These are used by our drivers for deliverys, and before they leave they need to make sure they have a copy.
I have to come up with a place where they can access these charts.
they will need to be able to quickly search for a chart and print it out,
There must also be a limit to who can add and remove a chart from the list.

I am right now looking at three different modules  Forms and List, links, and Repository all look like they can handle what I need.

I am building a pages for each module and placing enough of the tif files in to make a valid test. Then we will have a short vote to see which one wins out.

now to my problem.
Using the Repository I am getting error that tif files are not supported. I have already gone int the
host/host settings/advanced settings/Other Settings/Allowable file Extensions and add tif there.
After doing that I was able to upload the file and make an enter in the repository, but there is not an image shown. when I try to edit a row and add the image I get the following error "TIF Is A Restricted File Type for Images. Valid File Types Include JPG, GIF and PNG"

any thoughts.

Thank you for your time

Sorry, TIF files are generally very large as compared to other graphic formats so it never occurred to me that they would be used for thumbnails which should be as small as possible for performance reasons. The code only allows JPG, GIF, PNG for thumbnail images. If you have the ability to make code changes and recompile the .dll, the code is found is Helpers.vb.

Thank you for the reply I desided to use the no image template and like how it is looking.
