Ok, I have a problem to solve...

I have a table of IT projects I've created for the IT Staff at a client site.  The UDT is called ITProjects, and the settings are as follows:

-- all users for this site are in the IT Staff role
-- all records are viewed by IT Staff role
-- users can manipulate only their own records
-- IT Staff role can add record and/or edit their own entries
-- display settings are Predefined: AdvancedTable

Here is my problem:

1. I'd like all IT Staff to be able to "Comment" on each project, i.e. add their own notes to a record that someone else has created.  But I don't want them to be able to edit anything else.  How do I accomplish this?  I was thinking of creating another UDT called Comments, and having a 1-to-many relationship between the two, with the ProjectID as the foreign key in the comments table.  Can this be done?

Thank you,
Chad Voller

Sorry, Chad, releations between UDT tables are currently not supported.
