Hi,

When I use the URL option:  'A Page on your Site', it does not leave the spaces in the title.  And since I'm trying to list names that are the titles of pages, it does not show up correctly?!  Is this going to be fixed on the new version?  And when will that be?  Or am I missing something?

Thanks,

Tim

Tim,

i am not aware of this issue and since UDT is using a dnn core control (URLControl)  this might be caused by a core setting. does the same issue occurr in other modules as well (Links, Documents) ?

The thing that 'saves' the Link and Document modules seems to be that you must enter a Ttile for that field.  Whereas the URL field in the UDT module does not have that option.  Thus the UDT URL option uses the default text from the 'Name' field (I believe) of that page.

Thanks.

Tim

Tim, I will need to investigate this, would you be so kind to log the bug into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com, so I have a "reminder", thank you.

Tim, you actually can add a title colum to your user defined table and use it as the text for your link.
