HI All,

       How can i export the first 2 columns of my datagrid to excel.I have 5 columns in my datagrid.But i need only the first 2 columns to be exported.since the other 3 are images and hyperlinks and are not needed.Please help.

either

  1. delete additional columns in Excel
  2. set those columns to hidden (though I am not sure atm, if they are removed from the export)
  3. use a custom XLT of type list, to create a CSV type format and use copy&paste into excel.

This may also work, instead of exporting to excel, use the reverse In excel select import external data and from that you should be able to identify the fields / tables that you want imported, without seeing more its just a guess.
