How do I insert a company email address with the submit button or the link? Are they any options are by default it just registers an internal record.

I've filled in the form to test it a few times, and my entries are there in the 'show records', but how would you be able to get an email notification of a new entry submission from the website?

Thanks.

In the Form and list configuration section, check the "Enable Email Notifications" and scroll down to Email Setting section and add the email address and check on New.
