Hi,

I'm trying to set up a contact form using the DNN Form and List Module and one of the fields i have set for Enquirers as a dropdown with an Email Type selected and have got the form submitting to the different emails depending on which enquiry is selected in the dropdown. To achieve this I have entered the List of Values as "Captain|Email;" and in Email Settings under To I have added [Enquiry].

What my issue is regarding is when I receive the email with the form results, this particular field in the results shows the Email and not the Caption. Is there a way to update this or perhaps show the Caption in the email subject so I can differentiate between the different types of enquirers?

Scott,
The NAME from the dropdown isn't stored with the record...only the value.
You COULD include the NAME in the body text of the email by using XSLT for the message body and creating an XSL:choose block.
However, I think you can only adjust the body of the email with this.
