I see alot of threads about this critical error when the user tries to do a "search" or clicks on "my posts".

Here is the simplest solution...

Uninstall the version "forum 3.20.08" (that came with dnn4.4.1) then reinstalled "forum 3.20.06 "

Everything now works perfectly for me now. (Not sure what extra new features are in the new .08 version, but if the most basic elements such as "search" and "my posts" does not work, then I will take the older .06 version anyday.)

With regards to those errors and email notification not working then yes your advice is the best so far. :) .

(There is alot of very smart and technical people on this board, but unfortunately because they are so smart, they simply don't understand how the majority of us just want the thing to work. We do NOT want to start re-coding and playing around with the source. Bottomline, my solution is the best solution for stupid people like me )
