Can I give moderators the ability to delete posts? I can't find a place to allow this.

Moderators can delete posts in forums which they are moderators of.

Users who are global moderators on my site don't have the delete button, am I missing something?

Not sure, it might have been a bug in that version where even global moderators had to be assigned as moderators of a specific forum. Since then, I have rewritten all permissions so its hard for me to know what was and what is anymore.

When I give explicit permissions to a global moderator I get an exception;
