how can i let registered users to make threads?

i tried to configure the forum setting but new thrid option appear to admins only but normal users they can't post any messages.

This may sound weird but you have got to registered users authentication for editing the module.

The container of the forum module has a action menu. In that menu you should click on settings.In the next screen you should edit the permissions for the role you want to enable to post.

So, for instance if you want only your registered users to be able to start a new thread than you must grant them the permission to do this. If you see the role for the registered users make sure that the "edit module" permission is checked.

After that they should be able to start a new thread, as long as they are a member of the role. In my example unregistered users will not be able to post on your forum.
