Hello,

I am interested in the featues contained in the unrealsed version of the forums module. I am curious as to when the Forums Module 4.04 will be released?  Heres a link to an atricle discussing the features http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?tabid=820. I was only able to find version 3.20.09 in the download section.

The forum is released when it gets through the DNN release process, it is around 1/3 of the way finished.

We can't give any realistic estimate of the timeline as if the module fails at any point it can require fixes and resubmission e.g. in the case of this module, it's the 3rd time around for it , as there was a potential security issue on it's 1st pass and then a request for some changes to simplify upgrades on it's 2nd pass. I would expect after all the hard work that's gone in from the forum team, that it would pass through without incident, but it's wiser to not give an estimate that might not be met.

It wont give you a time scale but the releae tracker will give you an idea how far throught the release process the Forum module is (BTW they can be slow to update this )
