When I see a start forum view it is everything all right, but just I click any link in the forum (go to some thread or post) my layout gets broken
....  instead closing

Please Try to look with the Standard Skin and container if this happend too.  I think this is an issue with your skin and/or container.  Also it can be a conflict with a other 3rd parity module.

Even when I open this thread layout is displayed crookedly.
I creatid new page and put there Forum module then clicked on General and saw source text, the same:
