If I remember right you have to check a checkbox to sending e-mail notification to the user.  Also many mailservers and clients registered e-mails from a DNN Portal as a spam (junkmail).  He have to set your domain as allowed domain to the Email server or client.

hi Matthias

thanks for your help but the approving mail that the forum send to the users after posting a new thread doesn't need to check the notification checkbox since

the notification checkbox used to notify the user that there is reply to your post  also the users don't register mails from a DNN Portal as a spam (junkmail) so what is

the solution for this problem?

could anyone help me please? i need help urgently

thanks al lot

This is a setting at my hosting site? Which folder would I need to apply this to?

No it's not on the Page owner side.  It is on the clienst side.   Some junk filters can filter the e-mail from your server, i.e. junkfilter in Outlook, or on the E-Mail Server of your client.
