Need some help, how to display selected and / or already used forums?

Like stated above the software needs to store the forums that the user is currently working with. With every start of the software the user sees the list of forums and can – with just one click on one of the forums – activate the default browser to go to the login page of the respective forum. Of course forums can be deleted from that list and added. The user can choose his/her favorite forums and put them in a special “Favorites”-list. Thanks for your help!
