 the moderate is there for normal accounts how do i get to go away

Moderation is setting up in the Forum Admin section with a behavior of the Forum i,e, "Nornal Forum w. Moderation", so check your Forum settings.

What is your Forum version you are using ?  Moderation notice after post is viewed as a issue on Forum 4.4.3 , but the post is already allowed.
