I want to add/update a web service reference in the web.config file at time of installation of my module. I am using the syntax specified here - http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/manifest-xml-merge

I still find that there are duplicates being created in the web.config file, instead of commenting out an existing node as described in the specifications.

Can someone please help me find the issue here? Thanks!
