I just took over an old Intranet running DNN 4.5.3. I need to change the SMTP server, but I cannot seem to find this setting. It is supposedly under the host menu, but I do not have that menu. I have an admin menu, but none of its submenus contain the settings I need. I'm starting to get confused and wondering if anyone can shed some light. I confirmed that my user account has administrative privileges. Thank you

Google found me this - http://thechip.com/portals/0/dnn_quic... it's for 5.5 but it's likely similar to yours.

Best wishes,

Oh wait!

An Admin account is not enough for what you want to do. You need an account with host access.
