Having some problems adding a custom menu to the skin.  The menu requires some js to be registered in the header.  Registering the code is not a problem using page.header.add and works find when there are no other controls added to the page.

I have a blank skin with just the menu, the login button control and standard content panes.  The scripts render correctly in the header, however when I click the login button, the dnn login control is displayed and the client script no longer works.  Any ideas why this happens?

I feel like there might be a way to register the scripts through DotNetNuke.UI.Utilities.ClientAPI, but none of the methods support adding the script to the header.

Thanks for the help!

Sounds like you require code to execute during page onload.  If that is the case, then you need to register it via

DotNetNuke.UI.Utilities.DNNClientAPI.AddBodyOnloadEventHandler(Page, "yourfunctionhere();")
