backup your database and delete directly from the tables.

So I removed all the items from those tables but would receive an error when I went to languages. So then I tried to remove everything but the default language (english), and then reinstalled one of the languages I had. the issue is the old translated pages are still shown and when I try to delete the language I receive the error again. I want to delete the copied pages for the other languages and start over. Is there a way to some hoe fix the Contentitems issue?
