Hi All,
When installing DNN 6 in it's default language I'm getting excited as it can be. Menu's are fine and the new DDR menu for editing the modules pop-up's works fine.
After installing the (latest) Dutch language pack [ResourcePack.Core.5.4.4.nl-NL] the site does not work fine anymore. DDR-menu pop-up's for modules is gone. You can't edit the site in the Dutch language: strange things happen.
Work around off course will be edit in default English and show in Dutch; that will do but is not as intended where customers would like there native language.
Does anyone experience this problem (for instance with German or Spanish language)? Does we have to make a new language pack witch also translates the Mega Menu's or so?

Any Ideas appreciated.

Regards,
Hans

Hans, I haven't tried myself in DNN 6 yet, but the best option to switch UI language with DNN Core Localized Pages is using Advanced Control Panel from www.oliverhine.com, which includes a second language selector for UI language.

Hi Sebastian, thanks for your info.
It will be interesting to see what the behavior of the new Manage button (modules) will do if I change to Oliver's Control Panel. That will still be DDR menu, won't it?
I'll give it a try.
Cheers from Holland.

mmmm, then the problem persists.
Still try some things out.
I can't be the only one who wants it's administrators to work in there native language.
We have to find a solution to implement dnn6 and keep the native language.
Im on the doorstep of implementing two site for new customers and hassle to work with dnn6.
Just started to build a new language pack and it seems everything keeps working in NL-nl (although partially translated) Must be language pack issue.
Regards Hans
