The DNN language packs enable users to set or toggle their preferred language, which in turn changes the languages in the menu.

Suppose I want to create a site in, say, English and Chinese. When i toggle languages, I want not only the menu language to change, but also the site content. Of course I will separately write content in each language, but does this mean I have to create a completely separate portal for each language?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Please check previous threads in this forum (using localization), this topic has been covered many times before. The short answer is: check out Locopon's site (http://dnn.tiendaboliviana.com/Web/) and Apollo's site (www.apollo-software.nl)

also.. google is your friend: http://www.google.com/search?q=dotnetnuke+dynamic+localization

cheers,

Erik
