Is the table completely empty in your database or do you mean it doesn't contain any of the information that I mentioned above?

 Your instructions:

Anyways, open up your ModuleSettings table in the database and look for AD_ProviderTypeName. Change the value thats in there (something like DotNetNuke.Security......) and replace the cell with DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.ADSI.ADSIProvider, DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory. That should do the trick.

I am not getting for AD_ProviderTypeName .What is this actually ? can you help me out?

Amit, it's different for DNN 5 than it was for DNN 4.

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner but I've been knocked out the last couple of days with the flu. That said, please keep your posts to one thread instead of bouncing all over the place. It'll be easier to help you if everything is contained in one thread instead of spread across multiple threads.
