Hello,

I've got portal based on DNN 04.08.02.
I've installed and configured AD Provider to allow windows authentication on the portal. Everything was configured based on the official documentation (entry in web.config, WindowsSignin.aspx settings in IIS etc.). In the Administrator settings of the Provider everything seems to be OK (all messages appear with green "OK" sign).

However, when I navigate to the portal site I get an module load warning (I won't paste the warning message because it is in polish and isn't very informative) and neither modules, nor the menu are visible. When I log in (the login button is visible and the login form appears) still nothing is visible on the page and I get following error:

The request failed with the error message: -- <html><head><title>Object moved</title></head><body><h2>Object moved to <a href="http://multiportaltest.multimedia.pl/DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/WindowsSignin.aspx?tabid=36">here</a></h2> </body></html> --.

Everything seems to be configured properly.

As the issue is very urgent, any help would be appreciated.

Is this happening on every page (if you happen to know the URL's for some of your pages)?

Comment out the line <add name="Authentication.... /> in the <httpModules> section of your web.config. That'll stop the provider from firing when you launch the site. Then look to see if there's a better error description under Admin->Event Viewer.
