Hi,

We have configured the DNN portal using  DNN 7.0.0 Community Edition.

Windows Server 2012, IIS 8 , SQL Server 2012

We installed DNN_ActiveDirectoryAuthentication Provider 5.0.5 .

We tried to configure our AD We couldn't find the Option to provide the AD info.

We are following the below URL as a reference.

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/loc/print/Page/Setting-up-mixed-authentication.aspx

 Please suggest.

Thanks in Advance

You can find the documentation for the provider @ http://dnnauthad.codeplex.com but basically your settings are entered under the Admin->Extensions section.
