I'll take a look at the code tomorrow when I'm at work (didn't bring the ol' laptop home with me this weekend).

On a side note, did they upgrade the forum software on the site in the last few days? It looks like all my email notification settings got wiped out and that's usually the cause.

Confirmed:  Someone wanted to insert images from the image gallery this morning, and it still wasn't working.  I restored the three DLLs from 4.3.5 install, and it started working again.  Definitely something out of whack there!

Hmmm it's complaining about line 1 of ftb.imagegallery.aspx, ftb.insertsmiley.aspx, and ftb.createlink.aspx with the error of BC30456: 'Initialize Culture' is not a member of .........

It worked fine on my development install but not on the test so I copied the DotNetNuke.Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider.dll from dev to test and the smilies, images, and links worked. I've added the .dll to the .zip as a temporary solution until I can get more precise info from someone more experienced in DNN 4 programming on a better way of compiling what's needed.
