Will the 4.5.1 fix work with 4.5.3?

I doubt it and with the flakey HDD (replacement drive is on back-order from HP, ETA unknown) in my dev system I haven't updated the fix yet. I'll try to take a look at it today though.

So... any update on this?  I know HDD can take huge priority over stuff like this, but I was curious.
