Hi, how can I change the look of the DNN Gallery module? Is it skinnable in some way? I don't care for the default "binder" look of the DNN Gallery, nor the way the popup full-size images are "framed".

It seems one can do this by modifying DotNetNuke.css that comes with the DNN Gallery PA. If anyone else has done this, would they like to share? I'd rather borrow from someone else's work than spend hours trying to dissect the whole Gallery module. Or at least is there some documentation on where the various CSS classes are used throughout the Gallery module? Like I said, I don't want to spend hours dissecting it.

Thanks,
Simon.

There will be another Gallery skin available with the next release of this module.  To let you know there are some changed between the last release and the next one.

Basically, to skin this module you need to change the images in the skin and the css of the skin. (proper way is to create your own new folder, start with an existing css and images and copy them into your new skin folder.  You will make all changes within this folder.

Hi.  I was just wondering why the beta version of DNN Gallery won't load?  Is there an earlier version of DNN Gallery I can download?

This is what I get when I try to load it in DNN 3.1.1

ExceptionSystem.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Hi Crispy,

I tried that and found that it did not load all the images. I created a css named after the subdirectory basically copied the dotnetnuke skin directory.

What have I done wrong???

Cheers

Gunno

I would have to know the image paths, your theme's path, what is and isn't loading, etc.
