I recall that that error can occur when a media file and a child album located in the top level gallery or a gallery album both happen to have the same DotNetNuke FileID and FolderID and as I recall it was corrected in the recently released Gallery v 4.04.00. What version of Gallery do you have installed now?

Sorry - I didn't see your first reply until now.

After looking at my notes concerning the issue related to having the same FolderID and FileID that was fixed in 4.4.0 I can see that your error is a different one. There was another  issue that I thought was fixed in 4.3.3 that is related to having uni-code characters in an album name (such as Niño in your case). In that issue, when adding an album having a uni-code character in its name, sometimes the child album's physical directory structure was not set up properly - one sign of which is that the child album thumbnail is either missing entirely or an image that is in the parent directory.

If you would like and if you feel comfortable with having me examine your site's gallery directory structure I'd be happy to do so. In that case, please contact me off - forum using my email address bill (at) wesnetdesigns (dot) com to set up access to your site.

I tried to reproduce the error in a Gallery 4.4.0 install in DNN 5.6.3 using a child folder name containing a uni-code character and could not.
