Anyone able to assist with this Gallery error im getting each time i add a Gallery module to a page...
what am i doing wrong? ....im using DNN6. Gallery 4.4.0 but keep getting this error every time I add a Gallery module to a page.

Sorry I thot i was becoz i've downloaded Gallery module from this link, http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/D....
I've just gone and downloaded from the dnngallery.codeplex.com which you gave and it works now. thank you...i've got the Gallery module installed thru extension zipped file ok but the trick now is how do I use it... will look around for some guide...

Am I correct that you have now been able to re-install Gallery v 4.4.0 and place the module on a page without error? If so, that's great! I'm not sure what could have happened with the download - perhaps the zip package became corrupted. I verified that both the project's CodePlex download page and the DotNetNuke project's page which you posted above point to the same package file.

Regarding the particular error, it's a very generic one that usually means  that the Gallery module's folder structure under the portal home directory did not get correctly set up when the module was placed on a page. It is sometimes caused by a lack of sufficient file system permissions for the ASP.Net worker process account to create a new folder. There was also an issue in DNN 6.0 CTP 1-3 and Beta 1 which resulted in the same error. That one was fixed in DNN 6.0 Beta 2.
