I'm able to delete files in a album but NOT the album it self. How can i do that?

Go into the albumn above the one you are trying to delete (such that the thumbnail for the albumn you are trying to delete is visible).

Select from the menu option on the top left EDIT (next to the add albumn option).

On the bottom half of that screen will be a list of all of the albumns and you can hit the red X on the right side.
