I was just wondering, anyone know if a timeframe had been given of the next blog module iteration will be released or is it still pretty much in the air. I think the last I read was that there was a reorganization goin on. was just curious (thinking about starting another blog)

the present plan is to finalise a few changes and get a release out in the next few weeks. After that the new blog team will be formed, and their first task will be to draw up a roadmap for development.

Cathal, this is excellent news. I was only today looking at the blog module's entries in Gemini and was greatly encouraged to see that a large number of bugs & enhancements were 'closed'. To hear that a release is in the offing and that there are longer term plans afoot is great. Looking forward to seeing this module evolve.
