I get the following error when adding the module to my page

Field not found: 'DotNetNuke.Framework.CDefault.Title'.

Have I mised something on install, as it apeared to install aok.

I have the same problem. Please can someone point me to the solution.

I found another thread with the solution. Apparently the bug was with the DNN framework itself. Upgrading to 4.0.2 fixed the problem.
